We scan from business card to legal and larger size documents

We scan documents in Portland Oregon, Vancouver Washingtong and surrounding areas.

Do I need to prepare documents for scanning (remove paper clips, staples etc)?

YesScan can handle documents with or without preparation. To keep the costs lower, YesScan clients can prepare documents, before scanning. However, we will gladly prepare them for you.

What image resolution implemented during scanning?

We usually scan at 300 dpi

In What digital format do i get my documents after scanning?

Documents come in PDF (portable document format). PDF is totally legal format.

Do I need a special program after viewing scanned documents?

No. Scanned documents can be viewed using free Adobe Reader program, which is downloadable from Adobe website.

How should i prepare my documents for scanning?

Put files in separate folders. Label each folder.
